Brewing

Yesterday Joe and I, with the assistance of our friend Jim, began brewing our very own beer. It was the first time for me. Joe has helped out Jim in the past. The beer we chose is a blackberry wheat beer.
The process was not quiet what I expected. It's very slow and boring. We had a few minor bumps along the way with temperature and timing, but hopefully it will turn out alright. We will have to wait about two weeks for the results. Meanwhile it is sitting in our pantry closet making funny noises.
